In what event it is?
The Sierra Morena Rally, is a test of rally which is celebrated in Córdoba, (Andalusia), España, organized by the Automobile Club of Córdoba. The first edition was in the year 1978 and since 2008 is scored for Spanish Rally Championship.
The first edition carried out by the Mosque Team it was in 1978, scoring for the Andalusian championship, and two years later he manages to enter the Spanish Championship. In the year 1990 is included within the European Rally Championship but the following year it lost these two distinctions and became only eligible for the Andalusian championship again..
In 1993 He is pre-registered for the Spanish Championship, category that he achieves for four years. Between 1999 y 2003 The test is not held until 2004 The Rall Racing team decides to recover the test and manages to include it again in the national championship in the year 2008. Since the year 2012 hasta la actualidad, The Automobile Club of Córdoba is in charge of its organization.

Event information
The Sierra Morena Automobile Club has announced that the edition 2020 from the Revival Legend of Sierra Morena, section for historic vehicles, will take place between the days 26, 27 y 28 of March, which he already has brought for the thirty-eighth edition.
It will be a new international edition of the Sierra Morena, the queen test of the engine in Córdoba, although its main attraction will come from the fact that it is scored for the Spanish Asphalt Championship.
The Sierra Morena Rally will have on this occasion six sections different ones to which the pilots must make two passes, for a total of 12 timed tours. The race will once again have an urban layout to the delight of fans. Even, Espiel will host on Tuesday 24 a training session.

SECTIONS AND SCHEDULES
SHAKEDOWN
The Shakedown will have a distance of 3,46 km. Location: Ctr. of Castro (The Deposits). The old Castro del Río highway will be the protagonist of the beginning of the 38 Sierra Morena International Rally. It will be the teams' last chance to tune up their cars.. Onboard Shakedown Video and Starting Order Qualifying Section.
Definitely,It is one of the most mythical stretches, and many of those who have run it classify it as one of the most difficult and complicated sections, especially for the co-pilot. Section with curves very close to each other and very few slow ones... reaching the river bridge having given everything will be more than enough for one's own satisfaction. Distance: 22,68 km.
TC. 02/04 · HERMITAS-TRASSIERRA
Section well known to all. Talking about Ermitas-Trassierra is talking about nature, tour through some beautiful landscapes of our mountains; technical and relatively slow section. Distance 11,32 km.
With a distance of 14,83 km., It will surely be a decisive stage of the Rally. Section well known by everyone for being one of the most complete sections in all of Andalusia.. Spectacular for participants and spectators. Onboard video of the section.
The famous Villanueva-Obejo section, de 13,20 km and it will surely be a decisive stage of the Rally. Onboard video of the section.
With a distance of 15,15 km. Long stretch well known by everyone for being one of the most beautiful and complete stretches in all of Andalusia.. In the heart of Los Pedroches, one of the most spectacular stages of the Rallye. Without disparaging any other, It is the most rally stage, the most authentic. Its gutters where we can cut, their boats along the curls of the road, dirty curves from the passage of vehicles… stretch of which there are barely left. Spectacular for participants and spectators. Rally ends.
URBAN SECTION through Córdoba (1,10 km). Spectacular urban stretch that will remind us of those slaloms that were held in Córdoba. Short section where the show will prevail, without forgetting that the stopwatch is already running.
