World tourism day – Córdoba
The 27 September is World Tourism Day and in Córdoba We have prepared a program of activities that you will love: Apartamentos Plaza informs you about the Open Days in different museums and monuments, guided tours, dramatized routes, tastings, charlas, conferences and an outdoor video-mapping show as the final touch. Next Friday 27 September 2019 on the occasion of World Tourism Day, Córdoba makes many of the monuments and museums available with an open day.
Apart from free entry to monuments and museums, There will also be a special program with different dramatized routes, Tastings of salmorejo from Cordoba and D.O wine. Montilla-Moriles, as well as guided tours in different languages.
A Video Mapping that will be projected at night on the façade of the Visitor Center will put an end to the planned activities.
Programming
Below we propose a list of some of the monuments and museums that allow free access on this day:
– Alcazar of the Christian Monarchs
– Baths of the Caliphal Alcázar
– Fosforito Flamenco Interpretation Center
– Julio Romero de Torres Museum
– Museo Taurino
Special activities scheduled for the day 27 September in Córdoba
- Guided routes in Spanish, English, French and adapted for the disabled
Place: Departure from the Visitor Reception Center
Time: Passes at 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Duration: 2 horas

- Dramatized routes with characters and references to the four cultures that have lived in Córdoba
10.30h – 12.00h – Sephardic route departing from Puerta de Almodóvar
12.30h – 2:00 p.m. – Christian route departing from Cruz de Rastro
16.30h – 6:00 p.m. – Roman route departing from Córdoba City Hall
18.30h – 8:00 p.m. – Andalusian route departing from Puerta del Puente
Duration of each route: 90 minutes
